We are holding open registration for 2012 Spring Football. The last date you can sign up for Spring Ball is March 2, 2012.

Spring season for TYFA includes Midgets (age 6 & 7), Rookies (age 8 & 9), Juniors (age 10 & 11) and Seniors (age 12 & 13). The age cutoff is August 1, 2012. In other words, what age bracket they will play for in the Fall is where they play in the Spring.
You can download the Spring registration forms HERE and mail them in or you can bring them to our on site Registration. Please mail the first two pages along with payment to PO Box 662, Converse Texas 78109. Make checks payable to Converse Cardinals.
Slots are limited to 25 per each team. You must pay registration in full at the time of registration. You can also take advantage of our Spring/Fall Registration discount. Your child can play for spring and fall for only $200. See registration forms for more information.

What is spring ball?
The concept of Spring Ball is recreation. To get kids who have never played, kids that just love the game or need some extra work an opportunity to do so without the pressure of winning. Scores are kept for the website. Standings are not kept other than to match “like” teams up for the Bowl weekend.

TYFA is one of the largest independent leagues in the country; the largest in Texas. TYFA has Chapters in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, the Rio Grande Valley and numerous small towns in the surrounding areas.
